Pacifistic Christians are like lambs who are coerced by the lion to drop their guard and lie down in a false peace, only to be DEVOURED. One reason this happens is because too many Christians wrongly believe that to manifest God's love they must be weak, pacifistic and unoffensive. While in reality, God's love is an active, aggressive force that will inevitably clash with sin, both in us and around us. True peace can only be obtained as a result of the power of God conquering the works of evil. The love of God is what motivates the true Christian to war against Satan for the souls of men. The "peace" which apathetic, pacifistic Christians claim to have is a deception, a false peace, which comes as a result of making a treaty with the enemy. This false peace allows Christians to live after their own desires as multitudes of souls pour into Hell. True love will motivate us to action, it will motivate us to lay down our lives, pick up our cross and follow the Crucified One.

Olaf Tryggvason was a viking who converted to Christianity after meeting a warrior-priest named Thangbrand.

When he became king of Norway in 995, he strove to win converts to Christ—sometimes by force, but other times by preaching.

By commissioning missionaries and baptizing visiting dignitaries, Olaf was able to introduce Christianity to the Shetland, Faroe, and Orkney islands and to Iceland and Greenland.

At an assembly in Tunsberg, King Olaf ordered the expulsion of all magicians, sorcerers, and warlocks from Norway. Those that remained were burned to death or drowned.

Later that year, at Maerin, he entered a pagan temple filled with idols, which he and his men knocked from their pedestals.

Today is the feast day of a famous Dominican who gave luster to the Church by his preaching and many miracles. He converted thousands of sinners and heretics. He died in 1419.

1419: Sixty-nine year old Vincent Ferrer, the Dominican Friar who allegedly converted an entire synagogue passed away today.
Vincent is said to have been responsible for the conversion of many anti-Christs to Catholicism. In some cases, he is said to have made their lives difficult until they converted and to have "dedicated" synagogues as churches on the basis of his own authority. One of his converts, a former rabbi by the name of Solomon ha-Levi, went on to become the Bishop of Cartagena and later the Archbishop of Burgos.
Sources are contradictory concerning Vincent's achievement in converting a synagogue in Toledo, Spain, into the Church of Santa María la Blanca. One source says he preached to the mobs whose riots led to the appropriation of the synagogue and its transformation into a church in 1391; a second source says he converted the anti-Christs, and then the city then changed the synagogue to a church after they embraced the Faith, but hints at the year 1411.

In “De Abrahamo”, Ambrose warned against intermarrying with anti-Christs.
He also had a disagreement with the Emperor, Theodosius, over the rebuilding of a synagogue. “In 388, the local bishop and many monks, destroyed the synagogue at Callinicum. Theodosius ordered the rebuilding of the synagogue at their expense, including the bishop. Ambrose immediately issued a fiery protest. Indeed, he must consider himself no less guilty than this poor bishop; for he also wished that all synagogues should be destroyed, that no such places of blasphemy be further allowed to exist.
