Details of ornately carved pillar, eave and monolithic stone chain, VaradaRaj Perumal Temple, Kanchipuram
Uppermost ring is shaped as coiled snake. From the chain hangs a Loshtha(lotus bud shaped conical decorative element used in ceiling, brackets, cornices etc).
