🔥 A new command has been added - Manage Room finishing! It allows you to select finishing elements associated with a room, as well as add and remove the link between a room and finishing elements.

✅ An option has been added to select the bottom offset basis - from the level or from the room bottom;

ModPlus plugin subscription price change for Revit

As of 01.08.2026, the subscription price for Revit will increase. An annual single-user subscription will cost $72 instead of $60, and one seat in an annual corporate subscription will cost $67.80 instead of $57.

We kept prices unchanged for as long as we could, but the costs of development and supporting the team keep rising. This is a necessary step, and it will let us release new plugins at our usual pace.

Even so, a subscription remains the most cost-effective way to work with ModPlus. The Revit set currently includes 84 plugins and is constantly being expanded — with both paid and free ones. Buying all the paid plugins separately costs $354. A subscription gives access to all of them — and all future ones — at nearly five times less, even after the price increase.

We continue to look for ways to reduce your costs as well. Last year we changed how corporate licenses work: a seat is now taken on the first launch of a paid plugin rather than when Revit loads — and this allowed many companies to cut the number of paid seats.

You can purchase or renew a subscription at the current price until 01.08.2026.

We are pleased to announce that starting today we are beginning to support the nanoCAD product!

Support starts with version 25.0. That is, as of today our plugins are available for nanoCAD versions 25.0 and 26.0. The plugins for nanoCAD will replicate the functionality of the plugins for AutoCAD, but taking into account certain limitations of nanoCAD. Today we are starting support right away with 23 plugins. The remaining plugins will be added gradually.

WE PRESENT TO YOU A NEW FREE PLUGIN FOR REVIT – ALIGN VIEWS!

The plugin consists of two commands:
Align Views
Allows you to align views (viewports) on sheets according to a reference view. Moreover, only sheets with suitable views are included in the list of processed sheets! You can also align the titles right away and change the type of the processed viewports.
Align Titles
Allows you to align titles for many viewports at once. And at the same time change the type of the processed viewports. The command also has a unique ability to vertically align in a single row the titles of viewports located approximately on the same horizontal line!

Introducing a new plugin for AutoCAD – Dimensions by line!

The plugin is designed for automatically creating dimension chains along a specified line or arc. The plugin analyzes drawing objects and places dimensions between them in a single pass, eliminating the need to build each dimension manually.

Key features
Two construction methods. A dimension chain can be built either as linear — along a segment, or as arc-based — along an arc defined by a circle center and two points.
Flexible configuration via presets. All dimension creation parameters are saved in configurations that can be duplicated, renamed, exported, imported, and deleted. This lets you quickly switch between different dimensioning scenarios.
Dimension settings. For each configuration, you set the dimension style and the offset of the dimension line from the objects. The preview option shows the result before the dimensions are created, and grouping combines sequences of identical dimensions into a single entry with the number of repetitions.
Precise object selection. Filters by layers, colors, and specific objects let you dimension only the elements you need. Each filter has a quick search and buttons for selecting all, clearing the selection, and inverting it. A separate option allows searching for intersections with blocks only by their outline, without accounting for nested objects.
Cyclic operation. After construction, the plugin repeats the point request, letting you create several dimension chains in a row until you cancel with the Esc key.

Organization settings in ModPlus — new video guide!

When ModPlus is installed across the whole department, one question comes up sooner or later: how do you make sure everyone works the same way? That's what organization settings are for — the administrator defines them once, and they apply to all users.

What you can centralize:

🔹 the ribbon menu in AutoCAD, nanoCAD and Revit
🔹 blocking individual plugins from loading
🔹 auto-updater settings
🔹 the license server — LAN or Web
🔹 autosave in Revit and save/synchronization notifications
🔹 shared plugin configurations on a network drive

Changes apply without restarting AutoCAD or Revit, and access to shared configurations can be managed through Active Directory.
