So a lot users wanted to have havoc m2(lel), I spent a lot time building , and finally we are here, I'm sharing a pre-xda-release here on telegram. USE WITH CAUTION!!
The rom is synced with latest sources etc. Use some of the newest MIUI Dev/xiaomi.eu/MIUIPRO ROMs. Everything works. I just checked and d2tw is working .

Batch script for updating firmware+vendor from a fastboot miui rom:

1. set the phone in fastboot mode
2. put the file inside the extracted rom folder (where the other .bat files are)
3. run it and wait. it will restart when completed.
