I had this problem on my phone too, after getting some help from @Santoshhh000 , I found how to fix. (He found the way😅)
It's simple, remove your AdBlocker module / LSPosed adblock module / AdBlock app like AdAway etc.
It should work ✅
Sometimes VPN may help too 🤷♂️

You should first disable any net blocking features like AdBlockers and firewalls, then try to download widgets. If still not worked, you should use VPN.
