Engineering Update
This update is slightly different in format.
Following a recent period of team leave, the focus has been on re-establishing development cadence, aligning priorities, and progressing ongoing workstreams rather than pushing out discrete, reportable milestones this week.
Across the stack, work continues in three core areas:
On Integritas, efforts remain centred on strengthening the operational layer - including service monitoring, deployment tooling, and the continued maturation of Integritas Distro as a self-hosted product. This is foundational work that underpins scalability and external adoption, even if it doesnβt always translate into immediate outward-facing updates.
On the DEX and Stablecoin Bridge, both systems continue to run stably in beta. The current phase is focused on iterative improvement, capturing feedback to prioritise quality-of-life enhancements in further releases. This is the less visible, but critical, phase of turning working systems into reliable products.
In parallel, work on Minima Core - the stripped-back version of Minima designed for hardware and chip-level deployment - remains ongoing. This represents a longer-term track, and weβll share more detail as that work becomes more externally visible.
Stepping back, this period reflects a shift from initial delivery into hardening, refinement, and operational readiness across multiple components. These phases are typically quieter externally, but are where a significant amount of long-term value is built.
With the team now fully back, pace is expected to increase again as we move into the next cycle of updates.

Important Security Notice Regarding Web Wallet
We recently identified and resolved a vulnerability affecting the Minima Web Wallet infrastructure.
The issue may have allowed a malicious actor to scan exposed private keys and access funds belonging to some Web Wallet users who logged in between 20th March and 8th May.
If you used Web Wallet during this period, we strongly recommend that you:
β’ Check your wallet balance and transaction history immediately
β’ Review for any unauthorised transactions or unexpected transfers
β’ Contact querysupport@minima.global as soon as possible if you believe your wallet may have been impacted
β’ Generate a new wallet to create a fresh set of private keys
β’ Move your funds to the newly generated wallet as a precautionary security measure
We want to be fully transparent with the community. Significant effort and industry best practices were applied to secure the infrastructure supporting Web Wallet. However, no internet-connected software or platform can ever be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
This challenge is becoming increasingly difficult across the entire industry, particularly in the era of AI-driven vulnerability discovery and automated exploitation.
As always, the most secure way to protect your tokens is to run your own Minima node and maintain full self-custody of your private keys. Self-custody removes reliance on hosted infrastructure and significantly reduces exposure to third-party attack surfaces.
We sincerely apologise for the concern this may cause and are continuing to investigate, monitor, and strengthen our systems.
Thanks,
Your Minima Team

Engineering Update
Over the last period, the team has completed testing across the DEX, MiniMask, and the Stablecoin Bridge, with all three now moving into release preparation.
For the DEX, version v1.0.1 introduces a refreshed front-end experience, alongside several functional and operational improvements. These include the addition of SIM bin restrictions for new users, a 5-minute timeout on trades and messages, and a range of minor bug fixes identified during testing. The focus here has been on improving usability, tightening controls, and continuing to harden the platform ahead of wider rollout.
On the Stablecoin Bridge, version v1.0 includes a reworked front-end and expanded bridging support, enabling USDT (ERC-20) to bridge directly into USDT on Minima. The team has also implemented a number of contract optimisations aimed at improving efficiency and overall performance.
Alongside product testing and release prep, work continues across the broader ecosystem, including ongoing development of operational tooling for Integritas and continued progress on Minima Core, the lightweight version of Minima designed for chip and hardware-oriented deployments.

An Update on Maximize
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share an important update regarding Maximize.
As many of you know, Maximize was introduced as a limited-term rewards programme designed to encourage participation in the Minima ecosystem while demonstrating the power and flexibility of our network. From the outset, the rewards pool allocated to Maximize was finite, and we have always been transparent that the programme would conclude once those funds were exhausted.
We are now approaching that point.
Based on current participation levels, the remaining Maximize rewards pool is nearing depletion, and we expect the programme to come to a close in the near future and naturally we wanted to ensure the community had advance visibility of what is coming.
First and foremost, thank you to everyone who has participated in Maximize over the years. Your support has helped make it one of the most successful and widely used MiniDapps in the Minima ecosystem.
It is important to note that this is not an unexpected event, nor is it a change in strategy. Maximize has operated exactly as intended. The rewards pool is being exhausted because it has been used successfully by the community it was designed to serve.
Any active Maximize contracts will continue to operate according to their existing terms, and users will be able to claim their rewards as normal upon maturity. The conclusion of the programme only affects the creation of new Maximize contracts once the remaining rewards allocation has been fully committed.
As Minima continues to grow, our focus remains firmly on building the infrastructure, partnerships, usecases and real-world utility that drive long-term value across the ecosystem. Maximize has played an important role in that journey, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who took part.
Thanks,
Luke & Your Minima Team

Engineering Update
Over the last period, the team has continued to focus on both infrastructure improvements and laying the foundations for future Integritas deployments.
A significant milestone has been reached with Minima Core, the lightweight version of Minima designed for chip and hardware-oriented environments. The beta phase is now complete, and the software has moved into closed testing. We'll share more detail on Minima Core as testing progresses and the project moves closer to wider visibility.
Across the network infrastructure, work has also been completed on MegaMMR and Explorer optimisations. These improvements are aimed at increasing efficiency, performance, and scalability across key components of the Minima ecosystem.
On the Integritas side, the team has developed an AI Logger in preparation for upcoming European AI regulations due to come into force next year. As AI governance and compliance requirements continue to evolve, this tooling is intended to help provide greater transparency, traceability, and auditability around AI system usage.
In parallel, development is underway on a platform designed to support local Integritas deployments on low-powered devices. This work aligns closely with Minima's broader philosophy of decentralisation and edge computing, helping to reduce reliance on centralised infrastructure while making AI-powered services more accessible across a wider range of hardware environments.
Taken together, these initiatives reflect a continued focus on scalability, compliance readiness, infrastructure efficiency, and enabling more decentralised deployment models.

Maximize Has Reached Its Conclusion
Hi everyone,
Today marks the conclusion of Maximize.
When Maximize was launched, it was designed as a finite rewards programme with a dedicated allocation of $MINIMA. The objective was simple: reward participation, encourage engagement with the ecosystem, and demonstrate the capabilities of Minima's smart contract technology through a simple and accessible MiniDapp experience.
Over the lifetime of the programme, more than 50 million $MINIMA has been distributed to participants across the network.
That is a remarkable achievement.
As planned, the allocated rewards pool has now been exhausted, meaning no new Maximize contracts can be created. Existing contracts will continue to mature and pay out according to their terms, and users with active positions will be able to claim their rewards as normal.
On behalf of the entire Minima team, I would like to thank everyone who participated in Maximize over the years. Whether you joined in the early days or only recently, your support helped make Maximize one of the most popular and successful MiniDapps in the Minima ecosystem.
As we close this chapter, our focus remains firmly on the future: building technology, expanding utility, supporting developers, and growing the ecosystem around truly decentralised infrastructure.
Thanks,
Your Minima Team

Engineering Update
This week saw continued progress across both the Minima protocol and the wider Integritas ecosystem.
A major milestone has been reached with Minima Core, the lightweight version of Minima designed for hardware and embedded deployments. Following completion of the beta phase, Minima Core is now in closed testing.
During this work, the team has also identified an alternative application architecture that extends beyond traditional MiniDapps. Rather than relying solely on browser-based applications, developers can build native applications and services, such as Android APKs or Windows services, that interact with Minima using the operating system's own inter-process communication mechanisms. This opens up new possibilities for deeper integration with devices and operating systems while retaining Minima's decentralised capabilities.
The team has also made progress on one of the ecosystem's longer-standing technical challenges: Key Uses. A potential solution has now been identified and validated at a design level, with implementation work planned as the next step. If successful, this would represent a significant advancement in an area that has historically proven difficult to solve.
In parallel, development is continuing on a platform that will enable Integritas to run locally on low-powered devices, supporting more decentralised AI deployments and reducing reliance on centralised infrastructure.
Taken together, these initiatives continue to advance Minima's long-term vision of enabling secure, decentralised applications and services from cloud environments all the way down to edge devices and embedded hardware.

π Over $1 Million Raised !
Today marks a major milestone for Minima.
Together, we've successfully raised more than $1 million through our Republic campaign, despite one of the toughest fundraising environments the technology industry has faced in years.
Even more exciting is what the campaign represents.
By the numbers
π The largest Swiss-based company fundraise on Republic/Seedrs.
π Ranked #6 overall by funds raised across every campaign on the platform over the last two years.
π The largest convertible funding round completed on the platform during that period.
π The largest Programming & Security sector campaign.
π Investors from 30 countries joined us on this journey.
πOne of the platform's Top 10 highest average investment sizes, reflecting strong conviction in Minima's vision.
This wasn't simply a fundraising milestone
It's a signal that investors recognise the next wave of decentralisation won't be confined to servers and data centres.
As AI, connected devices and autonomous systems continue to grow, trust and coordination need to happen where the data is created - at the edge.
Minima was built for exactly that future.
A future where billions of devices can participate directly in decentralised networks, verify information independently, coordinate securely and exchange value without relying on centralised infrastructure.
The support we've received demonstrates growing confidence that this future is not only possible, but necessary.
Thank you
To everyone who invested, shared the campaign, answered questions, created content and supported Minima throughout this journey, thank you.
This achievement belongs to us all.
Now it's time to continue building the infrastructure that brings decentralisation all the way to the edge.
