I'm tearing up
so first of all, I'm 18 and I have almost all Minecraft soundtracks in my playlist, i even bought both of c418 vinyls. last week end I went to a sleepover at my little cousin's home (the see me like a god directly from the heavens) and I talked them about this video game I started playing splitscreen with a friend and then transitioned on a shitty Amazon kindle when I was 7 and that I loved since that was called Minecraft.... Their reactions left me speechless, they never heard of the game... i showed MC to them from my laptop and they didn't knew how to do anything not even in creative and asked me when the battlebus would have left. so I attached a controller for the older cousin to play (couse he's used to it from playing Fortnite on his ps5), I sat next to him and I calmly explained him all the key binds and buttons, showed him the inventory and explained the gui. he seemed to have understood and then I left him playing for like half an hour (on a naturally generated terrain creative world). when i came back he had built a house inside a mountain (like cutting it in half) just like I did 11 years ago playing splitscreen with my friend... I (no joke) started crying as he showed me his base with all the diamond and gold bloks everywhere. I felt stupid and silly but also proud of him. And I just wanted to share my story...
thanks a lot

Megathread Mojang servers down!
Around 15-30 minutes ago, many of the internet's major services, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Mojang, went down. If you guys could keep the conversation in here so it's not so spammy, that would be great!
