Is there a tech modpack that focuses on scaling up the factory?

I have this nagging thinking in me that every tech modpack i have played made scaling the factory obsolete by making the next tier of machines being much better and faster so in response you only make the minimum amount of machines you need to get to the next tier and then when you achieve it you destroy the obsolete machines. I know these are needed for feeling of progression but in my eyes progression is seeing tons of machines and a large mega factory like in factorio. Are there any modpacks like im describing?
