Multiplayer Modpack for Low End PCs

Ok i'm really sorry but I have a lot of requirements for this modpack haha
So for starters, my pc can handle the mods really well and I wanted to introduce my friend to stoneblock 4 because I absolutely loved it, but it didn't run well on their laptop. I first tried with 10gb ram (total is 16 on their laptop), then I remembered maybe the OS needs more breathing room so I tried 8 but it just would not run well.
The other requirement I have is that I need a modpack that is decent for beginners and could catch my friends attention a bit in the start (say within 30 mins of playtime) because they have a very small attention span T-T
All help is greatly appreciated, thank you very much
(Also a skyblock modpack would be preferred more, thank you!).
