Modpacks that “scale” in difficulty

Hi,

Does anyone know any packs that scale in difficulty the longer you play. Similar to the fungus or parasite modpacks, where the longer you play the more difficult it becomes to survive. I could never quite find a fungus one that was correctly edited to where it wasn’t “too hard” but also not “easy”

Looking for a pack that’s relatively quick, in the sense that it becomes too difficult to continue playing, so you have to reset

Thanks

Cisco's fantasy medieval rpg ultimate is the most unbalanced modpack I've ever played

Looking for a Modpack that feels like you’re “surviving”

Essentially the title.

Love modpacks where it feels like you’re actually in the world trying to survive, ie: seasons, temperature, and thirst.

Would love one that’s large and has a lot of different things to do, and doesn’t feel like “minecraft”

Any suggestions would help! :)

trying to learn modding for 1.20.1 forge has unironically caused irreparable damage to my mental state. i drew this so i wouldn't have to go back there.

RPG Modpacks are never done right and I'm kinda done trying the genre out

Asking for a balanced RPG modpack with Minecraft is like asking a Chef to make antimatter. The game looks like it's a match, but it's really not. I've never seen a single balanced RPG modpack around anything. Every single modpack has one of these problems at the bare minimum

Dungeon loot invalidates anything you craft for the next few hours
Dungeon loot skipping tiers of tools, yes I would like Diamond in my first dungeon I see
Apotheosis (you're never gonna balance Apotheosis)
"Hardcore RPG modpack" and then the game is just unplayable in the first 4 hours with spawn camping, flint tools, random spawn point etc. and when you get far enough where the clickbait YouTube videos don't reach it's not that hard anymore
The final boss is ~~Radahn~~ Ender Dragon all over again
AE2 somehow in there and tech mods (looking at you Prominence) and zero integration with the theme of the modpack. Ars and Occultism storage is RIGHT there, why do they keep trying to add tech mods in an RPG medieval modpack
"There's over 300 armor sets that this modpack adds!" Yeah and then you make the player not have any incentive to actually craft or use them
"We have magic!" Irons Spellbooks that never scale well with any mod past the vanilla Ender Dragon, Ars Nouveau where players find countless ways to deal infinite damage as well as be the best tool in the game, useless familiar/necromancy system, Botania is a tech mod
Giving the player some way of Creative Flight or giving flight through mounts very early, those dungeons are definitely getting cheesed
Not gating bosses. Seriously, gate your bosses

I could go on and on but there's really not a good RPG modpack for Minecraft. Good exploration? There is, but never good RPG

I've been just having far more fun playing cozy modpacks like Society: Sunlit Valley and tech modpacks Star Technology/Stoneblock/ATM10, but there was a point in time where I ignored everything else and wanted to experience an actual, balanced good RPG modpack

I made a tech mod where you generate power from temperature differences, not just burning coal (Caloric Flux)
