📌 در ترکیب جملات، برای پیشنهاد یک جایگزین، در نوشتار از کاما (ویرگول) به همراه حرف ربط “or” استفاده می‌کنیم:

📚 had better:

📌 عبارت had better یک فعل با معنایی شبیه should (بهتره که …) و برای توصیه کردن هستش.

🔸بعد از had better از مصدر بدون to (شکل ساده‌ی فعل) استفاده میشه.

🔸شکل منفی این فعل had better not هستش.

🔸با توجه به اینکه had گذشته‌ی have/ has هستش، اما معنی این فعل کمکی در زمان حال هست.

Example:

• It might rain. We’d better take an umbrella.
ممکنه بارون بباره. بهتره چتر ببریم.

• It’s cold today. You’d better wear a coat when you go out.
