0️⃣ Customer service representatives will sendpayment screenshots to verify orderreceipt. Please confirm receipt promptly. Ifpayment has not been received, provide aUPI screen recording and PDF immediately.Failure to respond within 24 hours will beconsidered confirmation of receipt.

🧠 Regarding the order complaint and refund process, we will first notify you as follows:

1⃣Pure gaming betting funds subject to complaint retention are protected for 20days.
