The MillerPay system can access all transaction records associated with a user’s linked UPI. Therefore, when a linked UPI receives funds from sources other than MillerPay, this may result in a deduction from the MillerPay account balance.
1. If the UPI linked to the MillerPay platform receives a transfer from a friend, relative, or yourself, resulting in a deduction from your MillerPay account balance, you must provide a screenshot of the payment to request a refund (Note: This must be a screenshot of the payment, not a receipt).
2. If the UPI linked to the MillerPay platform receives funds from another platform, resulting in a deduction from the MillerPay account balance, the user must record a video of the transaction record from the other platform to request a refund (Note: The video must display the transaction details for the deducted amount, such as the UTR).

Recently, there have been many issues with incorrect names on orders. When making a payment, please use the name associated with the bank card number you copied; do not rely on the name listed in the order itself.
After purchasing an order, you must submit the details within 30 minutes; submissions made after this time will be rejected, and the merchant will not provide compensation.
You must correctly submit the payment screenshot and the UTR.
If your order purchase status shows "Pending," you still need to submit the order details within 30 minutes and then contact customer service.
