🌑 THE 10-SECOND SHADOW TEST

After you read the blog, take this challenge:

Take 10 seconds and answer honestly…

👉 What “shadow” in your life tries to pull you back?
(old habits, old comforts, old identities, or the “simpler life” you sometimes miss)

Your mission:
💬 Comment with ONE WORD.
Just one.

This is our moment to stand together —
naming the shadows so we can walk in the substance Christ gives.

THE WHITE BIKE CHALLENGE 🚲🔥

A simple moment. A surprising reminder. A call to live ready.

There’s a new blog post up — nothing fancy, just a real story that started with a random white bicycle on a corner and ended up teaching me something about witnessing and paying attention to the moments God gives us.

👉 Read it here:
https://www.balkanskibaptista.com/post/the-white-bike-on-the-corner

Now here’s the fun part — the challenge:

This week, look for your “white bike.”

That small thing, that unexpected detail, that quick moment God might use to nudge you toward someone who needs encouragement, truth, or hope.

When it comes — be ready.
Ready to speak.
Ready to listen.
Ready to go.

THE CHALLENGE PRAYER

“Lord, give me one person this week —
one small moment, one open door —
and prepare my heart before You prepare the opportunity.”

💬 Your Turn — Leave a Comment!

After you read the post, drop a comment:
• Tell us if you have a “white bike moment.”
• A small thing God used to get your attention.
• A moment that made you slow down.
• Or simply what the story stirred in you.

Your comment might be the encouragement someone else needs today.

Let’s live ready.
For the white bike on the corner —
and for every moment God opens. 🚲
sometime i get a few minutes to practice with some software and i need my friends to help me test the system. most of those videos just get thrown away but i thought you might enjoy this test video. I was testing microphones and auto scene switching program and a audio recording system. enjoy!

This is a little thing I recorded with the new audio system. It works pretty well there’s a little bit of echo. It’s because I was sitting too far away from the microphone and we was in a very small room so you’ll hear that Milo sounds the best because he was sitting correctly whereas I and Nikolai were not always in the best Positions as far as being 6 to 8 inches away from the microphone. Also, being so close together will cause a little bit of echo so I think it will be a great system, especially when using the auto switch feature between cameras was very quick and very easy.
New blog post is live.

End-of-year note 📌

As we’ve been working this year to translate and prepare materials in Serbian, Russian, Portuguese, and Spanish, we received an end-of-year notification from Canva showing that our account was in the top 5% of Canva users who use translation tools.

This doesn’t say anything about talent—only that there has been steady, consistent work behind the scenes: creating, editing, and translating materials so content can be shared clearly across languages.

Thank you for the ability to help Christ shine across seas and languages.
We’re grateful for the tools, opportunities, and strength God has given us to serve beyond borders. Please continue to pray that everything produced would be used wisely and reach the people it’s meant for. 🙏

📖 New Blog Post: The Cry of the Blood

What happens when the world no longer shakes us?

Written over a century ago, Amy Carmichael’s The Cry of the Blood offers a haunting vision of blind humanity walking toward destruction—and the quiet tragedy of those who turn away, unmoved. In an age of constant noise, violence, and distraction, her words feel painfully current.

This post is not easy reading.
But it is necessary.

It is a call to awaken holy sensitivity, to remember the weight of souls, and to ask God to soften what has grown numb within us.
