Let we now get back to the topic migration, because we want to be clear!
Again we are not against migration, we are against migration done in illegal way!
We have nothing against 🇹🇷 or 🇸🇦 or whatever, like nothing against ☪️ ... since migrants could be 🇨🇳, 🇦🇺, 🇮🇳, 🇺🇸🇪🇸, 🇿🇦 that has nothing to do with 🕌 at all!
☪️ in Europe is fine too! if human / animal and planet rights of 🇪🇺 are respected too
Second point. We understand perfectly that some refugees really need help! For sure we stand with them, but
a) by doing that in legal way
b) not abusing human rights or laws or whatever, means not doing a legal migration and then doing another illegal migration, just because you are not happy ...
c) by respecting laws and rights in the destination country
d) be ready to leave the country, if the country is saying you NO!
About "The right to seek asylum in another country for those who have lost the protection of their own country, is
enshrined in Article 14 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The Refugee Convention is the first treaty which turned the ideals of the Declaration into
legally binding obligations. It is therefore not a crime to seek asylum, even if the person has entered the country irregularly"
YES THIS IS RIGHT! but doing it illegal SHOULD BE A CRIME!
The problem here is not missing rights because people are dying by jumping from a wall (= they do almost an intentional suicide!) or because they illegally migrate ...
The problem here are:
a) walls that don't respect animal rights!
https://t.me/BorderWallEcocide
b) walls that are build with no sense, even related to humans, and are really useless

c) missing human rights in all such countries

d) criminality done related to the illegal migration, no matter if by countries / brands or migrants

The problem related to illegal migration are:
a-d) see https://t.me/EthicalDilemmaHumanRights/40

https://t.me/MigrationTelegram/559
so doing that should be related TO EVERY COUNTRY, and this should be defined by laws in based on the possibility of the country, how much money such country has, etc.
This means not just some countries do that, other not. All countries should do that, no matter if 🇮🇳, 🇷🇺, 🇨🇳, 🇦🇪, 🇪🇺 or whatever ... and not abuse the fact that a country is rich, means he need to do more than other ....
f) giving a shit when maybe someone is asking that in legal way. Ok to fight illegality, but if one really need help and he does it in legal way, one of 195 countries worldwide should TEMPORARY help him.
Again TEMPORARY! Not that temporary become "forever"!
Once a country recovered from such disaster (means not just wars ...), such country should pay countries who helped back, by helping when other need help or whatever!
So NO ABUSE of human rights is allowed, no matter who is abusing human rights!
So we need to collaborate much better, by removing real missing human rights
If this is not important for us, we would not share even Amnesty posts ... since Amnesty is saying the "opposite" but we believe in such case both have in part right, so countries fighting against illegal migration and refugees, because it's important to check things from many point of views and be neutral as possible, by still consider rights for both ...
