— This is how little the Americans care about their ‘allies’ in the Persian Gulf btw. They don’t care if you get hit, even in the slightest.
Signing the Abraham Accords, staying silent on Palestinian genocide, enforcing rampant secularization — none of it matters, all you are is a cash cow to America.
They don’t even consider you within their calculations.

—❗️🇺🇸/🇮🇷/🇵🇰 NEW: The Iranian delegation has landed safely in Tehran @Middle_East_Spectator
— It should be noted that gathering such a large delegation, with so many important government members, carries an immense security risk.
All of them arriving and leaving from Mehrabad Airport at the same time provides a huge opportunity to American / Israeli intelligence to track these leaders to their safehouses and potentially assassinate them.
It’s not even necessary to do this with advanced surveillance methods. They can utilize internal spies or collaborators to follow the cars of delegation members, put trackers on them, or report their locations.
This aspect should definitely be kept in mind when thinking about another round of negotiations. Every time you gather these 20+ top officials, you’re handing out free intel to the enemy on a golden platter.
Let’s hope some plans are in place to protect them from being tracked.

—❗️🇺🇸/🇮🇷 NOTE: Not enough attention was paid to Trump’s last sentence on his Truth Social:
‘At an appropriate moment, our military will finish up the little that is left of Iran.’
This suggests Trump is actively considering resuming the war at any moment, and the imposing of a naval blockade does not exclude the possibility of a resumption of war.

—❗️🇺🇸/🇮🇷 A member of Iran’s delegation in Islamabad, MP Seyyed Mohammad Nabavian:
Some reasons for the non-agreement with America:
1. They wanted a joint share with Iran in the benefits of the Strait of Hormuz!!
2. They wanted our 60% enriched uranium to be shipped out of Iran.
3. They wanted to deprive Iran of the right to enrich uranium for 20 years.

I’m quite sure this will be treated as an act of war, if the U.S. is actually adamant on blocking Iranian ports.
Of course, it depends on whether it is implemented successfully or not.
We have to wait till tomorrow, but in response, Iran will likely target all remaining ports in the region for Arabs.
This probably includes Fujairah (UAE), Yanbu (Saudi Arabia), and Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).
There is also the possibility of something happening in Bab Al-Mandab.

Iranian media are very silent on the news of the blockade, I haven’t even seen it be mentioned on IRIB.
This can have two reasons:
1. They want to wait for the official guidance / statement / instructions from SNSC on the matter.
2. They want to downplay it as to not necessitate a response (doubt that, but if true it’s worrisome)
