As you are informed before the office is preparing active students data to upload on the Ministry of Education (MOE’s) Higher Education Management Information System (HEMIS). The HEMIS predefined special valid inputs for the attributes related to ‘address’, which are different from the addressing we used to, such as “Region, Subcity, Woreda, Kebele”. Because of this the office had decided to prepare a form and gather the needed students’ information according to the HEMIS’s requirements by using a drop down menus filled with predefined inputs by the HEMIS for the attributes like “Place_of_birth, Region, Zone, Woreda, and Kebele”.

Students who are listed at the campus board are required to fill and submit the form which is available on Google Form.
### You should scan the QR code on our telegram channel or the notice board in the campus to access the form.
### You must fill the form truthfully, because we will cross check it with your documents in our record.
NOTE :-
* The office strongly believed that communicating students online will expedite the collection of students’ information instead of filling the form physically. So, every student on the list must fill and submit the form until Sunday May 19th, 2024.
* If you feel you have provided wrong data, it is possible to edit with the same link by the same email.

- Regular Computer Eng
- Extention Computer Eng
- Extention Computer Science
- Extention Acct and Finance
User name and password will be shared as soon as we receive from MoE.
Final Project / Research and graduation will be the same for all CE, CS & AF regular and extention students will be the same.

Code of Conduct for Students taking the exams
1. For those students from within the AAU, they should come with their valid ID cards.
2. No student is allowed to bring their mobile phones and other electronic devices with them while coming to take the exams. It is the responsibility of the student for any loss or damage to their phones/ devices while entering the campuses.
3. Students should take the responsibility of being present in the respective campuses not later than 30 minutes to the start of the examination
4. Students should be able to identify their labs and sit in front of the computers and check their login system 10 minutes before the exam starting time.
