ሰኔ/2016 ለሚሰጠው የመውጫ ፈተና /Exit Exam/ በተመለከተ ለማህበሩ አባላት የቀረበ መረጃ፤
• የመውጫ ፈተናውን ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የሚወስዱ የቅድመ-ምረቃ ዕጩ ተመራቂ ተማሪዎች የተሟላ መረጃ በተያያዘው የ Excel Sheet Template የሚላክ ይሆናል፡፡
• መረጃው በትምህርትና ሥልጠና ባለስልጣን ተረጋግጦ እስከ ሚያዝያ 5/2016 የሚላክ ይሆናል፡፡
ሊደረጉ የሚገባቸው ጥንቃቄዎች
• መረጃው በተላከው ቅፅ ብቻ ተሞልቶ መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
• የተሟላ መረጃ አንድ ጊዜ ብቻ ይላካል፡፡ ተደጋጋሚ መረጃ መላክ የለበትም፡፡
• መረጃው በተቀመጠው የጊዜ ሰሌዳ (እስከ ሚያዝያ 5) ድረስ ብቻ መላክ ይኖርበታል፡፡ አንዳንድ ተቋማት የካቲት/2016 በተከናወነው የመውጫ ፈተና መረጃ በተባለው ጊዜ ሳይልኩ በመቅረታቸው ተማሪዎቻቸውን ያላስፈተኑ አሉና በዚህ ረገድ ከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄ እንድታደርጉ፡፡
• ተቋማት በዕጩ ተፈታኞች ቁጥር ልክ ከፍያውን እስከ መጋቢት 30/2016 ድረስ በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ሒሳብ ቁጥር 1000553176097 ገቢ በማድረግ ገቢ ያደረጉበትን ደረሰኝ ለትምህርት ሚኒስቴር በደብዳቤ መላክ አለባቸው፡፡

All 2016 Degree Graduating Class
As per the order from ETA exit exam fee should be paid on Monday April 8. All prospective graduates should bring 500ETB for exit exam on the coming Monday till 3:00pm. Please give to Asni. It will be collected and deposited to MOE on the same day

As you are informed before the office is preparing active students data to upload on the Ministry of Education (MOE’s) Higher Education Management Information System (HEMIS). The HEMIS predefined special valid inputs for the attributes related to ‘address’, which are different from the addressing we used to, such as “Region, Subcity, Woreda, Kebele”. Because of this the office had decided to prepare a form and gather the needed students’ information according to the HEMIS’s requirements by using a drop down menus filled with predefined inputs by the HEMIS for the attributes like “Place_of_birth, Region, Zone, Woreda, and Kebele”.

### You should scan the QR code on our telegram channel or the notice board in the campus to access the form.
### You must fill the form truthfully, because we will cross check it with your documents in our record.
NOTE :-
* The office strongly believed that communicating students online will expedite the collection of students’ information instead of filling the form physically. So, every student on the list must fill and submit the form until Sunday May 19th, 2024.
* If you feel you have provided wrong data, it is possible to edit with the same link by the same email.

- Extention Acct and Finance
User name and password will be shared as soon as we receive from MoE.
Final Project / Research and graduation will be the same for all CE, CS & AF regular and extention students will be the same.
