I share everything for the long term study.
I believe in holding stocks once I buy them for the long term. This is how I got so many Multibaggers till date.
In the short term, I have seen panic situations as well.
In a small cap fall last year, my portfolio return was down by 70%(from 150%++) in just one week of panic fall.
I didn't book any losses, because I was sure of what I was holding.
MicroCaps Investing is not easy. Your emotions will always be in the game. Be it greed or fear.
You can stocks hitting UCs and LCs too. But, if the business you studied and held has some quality in it with sectoral Tailwinds, you will witness better returns in future. You will beat all Mutual funds Lumsum returns too.

When a stock bought at ₹100 drops to ₹80, DO NOT AVERAGE. If the stock rises from ₹100 to ₹130 and stabilizes, consider adding more.
Short-term fluctuations are uncertain. Only insiders know the duration. As a Retail Investor, start with ₹20 of your ₹100 to be invested for a stock. Even if the stock gets manipulated, operators can only exploit a fraction of your said investment.
