Some questions on Welspun Corp coming up, like, Can we average down the stock?

I cannot help you advising you directly, but I can tell you what I'm doing,

I am not adding any further qty to loss making position of Welspun. Only the first chunk I'm holding. This is not my investment, it's my positional trade.

So when Welspun Corp starts recovering and shows some strength on a volume basis, I will think of adding it further near my buying price i.e. ₹605

Had it been my Investment, I would have thought of averaging it down.
