Curtis Sliwa is the only candidate who spent decades defending our streets and subways with the Guardian Angels when the government wouldn't or couldn't.

Curtis also fought for our medical freedom during Cuomo's pandemic, during which my friends and I were arrested multiple times for not having vaccine passports in public venues.

But Cuomo ordered those lockdowns and mandates ― crushing liberty, expanding government, and transferring wealth to large corporations while small businesses were wiped out.

Eric Adams didn't help, and is still fighting in court to keep city workers fired over their bodily autonomy.

Today, Mamdani is selling promises he can't keep ― and if he could, they would result in slavery through dependence on a government that steals from everyone to make itself even bigger.

Cuomo and Mamdani are two sides of the totalitarian coin: corporate fascism and bureaucratic socialism.

That's why I voted for Sliwa at sunrise, the very first at my table.

(By the way, I overheard poll workers openly discussing politics and politely asked why. They apologized, and I thanked them for their hard work ― adding that we need integrity every step of the way.)

With that said, it's been fun to mock our current mayor, Eric Adams, for the past several years!

However, due to Adams's policies, I've been extra busy working at a new job to rebuild what I lost when I wasn't allowed to work. We can't let that happen again!

That’s how long I gave myself to get most of my six-pack back: by my 43rd birthday.

I put on weight while experimenting with carbohydrates after years of eating mostly carnivore.

Almost zero carbs had me feeling better than I had on a Standard American Diet™ with pre-diabetes, depression, and other chronic issues — but my energy crashed after workouts.

Meat, eggs, seafood, poultry, and liver are still central. Lately I’ve leaned into high protein, especially chicken/fish, around 30–50% of daily calories, while keeping fats under ~100 g/day.

Still whole foods, no junk.

Bio-individuality is real. For me, high protein helps me stay lean and rebuild, too much added fat softens me up, and natural carbs give me quicker fuel. I use rice and other carbs sometimes, but mostly organic fruit for energy and training fuel.

Now I’m fuller from glycogen and water, but with more energy, better workouts, and momentum.

Health and strength are the foundation of living free!
