Here you go.
It was pretty hard to come up with ideas coz as I said - I hate history of anything and obviously I hate writing about it.
Below is the planning I've done before starting writing, it took me 6 minutes and the whole essay took about 35 minutes to write.

Promise is a promise.
After taking your test, you can request for a breakdown of your score, just like in the picture above. That is the breakdown of my second attempt.
It's free of charge and not an EOR, meaning your scores will not change after getting it. You'll need to send a random email, maybe just greetings to privacyofficer@idp.com and they'll reply with an automatic template response with instructions. Afterwards you can send an email and this, second one, will be reviewed by a real person.
You'll need to attach your ID (the one you registered with) to the email you're sending which includes all the info about your test (date, candidate number, trf, name, id)

Everybody knows that you love me baby
Everybody knows that you really do
Everybody knows that you've been faithful
Oh, give or take a night or two
Everybody knows you've been discreet
But there were so many people you just had to meet
Without your clothes

I'm about to finish writing, I tried to make it a bit different and slightly shorter than my previous essays, here's the planning:
Introduction:
- Position: Agree, old people should keep working
- Benefits to society, economy, health, and expertise
Body 1:
- Benefits to economy and society
- Experience, skills, knowledge
- Better decision-making, diverse workforce
Body 2:
- Benefits to health and well-being
- Physical and mental activity
- Cognitive decline prevention, social connections
Conclusion:
- restate position and benefits
- win win for all
- some encouragement to keep them working

One more important thing here. I completely disagree with the given statement since the elderly have already done their job and now it's our time to replace them and put food on the table. But. I can't write solely about this idea and make it up to 250 words, so I have to say I agree.
You see, you don't have to state your own opinion based off of your life and experience, the examiners ain't gonna knock your door at 2 a.m. and attack you if don't follow what you wrote about, so write what's more convenient to write.
No matter how hard I tried to keep it down to 300 words, the essay still eventually came out in 316 words. Not good.
