— Whether or not Mi account is community registered

Notes:
1. This is only for those whose Mi ID has Bootloader unlock permission from the Xiaomi Community App.
2. You must be on the Global ROM [MI, IN, EU, TW, TR, RU, KR, JP, ID]
3. After getting the unlocking permission from the Community, please WAIT for 2 days before unlocking, otherwise it can fail.
