Storrent is a BitTorrent client for linux specifically designed for streaming media. It lets you play movies or music directly from torrents without having to fully download them first. The application runs primarily in memory (requires temporary 1-4GB usage of RAM) and doesn't save data to your hard drive, aside from the DHT bootstrap information.
