so the infra uses grafana cloud with a single grafana alloy container on the vps scraping docker logs (`loki.source.docker` —> Loki push) and /metrics endpoint (`prometheus.scrape`—> prometheus remote_write) every 15s, authenticated via per-service auth IDs (for loki and prometheus) with a shared grafana cloud API key. backend emits 9 custom prometheus metrics alongside slog-based structured JSON logging with per-request trace IDs (it found every standard lib log usage and replaced with slog). postgres backups run daily at 02:00 UTC via a pg_dump cron container with 7-day rotation. and guess what lmao everything stays within free tier limits of grafana cloud
