Most days are just the same mistakes slightly rebranded as if I learned nothing but got older anyway. You wake up tired, you try, you fail in ways that feel personal, and somehow the day still keeps moving. That is the cruel part. Nothing pauses just because you are exhausted.

But you are still here. Not because you figured it out. Not because you are strong. Just because quitting feels like admitting the worst parts of you were right. So you keep going. Out of habit. Out of spite. Out of the small, stupid hope that tomorrow might hurt differently. Maybe surviving out of spite still counts as surviving. because one day in the middle of all this noise, something small will remind you why stopping would have been a worse ending. And sometimes, that is the only reason you need.
