The Golden Ratio (Phi) forming the Torus
The "Phi" Golden Ratio divides a 360° circle into 222,5 and 137,5 degrees (Golden Angle). If we turn the clock hand by following steps through the Golden Angle, their positions will never repeat and never return to the starting point.
In this way we can place many elements around an axis without any overlapping the other. If we create a Torus using this Phi property, we get a Golden Torus made of an infinite spiral in which no cycles or rings overlap, but the surface of the Torus is completely filled.
The Golden Angle is a mathematical function used in nature to form the geometric arrangement of the distribution of petals and seeds in the most efficient way so that there is proportional absorption of solar energy.
