Important Announcement about Android Apps
The latest version (V1.0.17 by MetaX PRO) of our Android app has been released.
The app name has been also changed to "MetaX PRO" from "MetaX-PRO" as follows;
・New app name:"MetaX PRO"(the version after V1.0.17)
・Old app name:"MetaX-PRO" (the version before V1.0.16)
With this update of the Android app, KYC verification is now mandatory when submitting withdrawal requests on MetaX PRO.
Once the necessary steps for updating to the latest version are taken, users on V1.0.16 will be automatically updated to the latest version : V1.0.17.
For those using a version earlier than V1.0.15 removed its old version by yourself after updated to the latest version.

The Polygon Network is currently undergoing a major upgrade (Heimdall V2 Migration). As a result, a large number of nodes are currently out of sync, which is affecting overall network stability.
To ensure the safety of user assets, we have temporarily suspended deposit and withdrawal services for the Polygon network on our platform.
The timeline for service resumption will depend on the progress of network resynchronization. We will notify you as soon as the services are restored.
