During the recent AMA session, our CEO introduced new team members who will help take the game to the next level. Meet the team:

New Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — Alexey Streltsov
Alexey is an experienced developer with over 20 years of expertise. Previously, he was the Director of the Age Of Magic project, which gathered tens of millions of players.

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) — Aliaksei Melets
Alexey will be responsible for the company’s commercial projects, managing tokens, and interacting with market makers. In addition, he will lead the B2B direction and oversee relations with strategic partners. He previously worked at Microsoft and has deep knowledge of the B2B and B2C business segments.

Game Producer — Evgeniy Mikhailov
Evgeny has been developing games for over 10 years. He has participated in the production of AAA games such as A League of Legends Story, NBA 2K Playgrounds 2, Lazy Bear Games, and Saber Interactive.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) — Peter Aleshkin
You may already be familiar with Petr, as he announced the previous MetaTrace update. Currently, Petr is actively preparing for MetaTrace’s launch in the CIS market. He has previously worked on projects like NFS: SHIFT and Kaspersky.

During the recent AMA, our CEO shared that MetaTrace is not just a game, but a whole ecosystem of products. If the mobile game is like a simple knife, then the entire MetaTrace ecosystem is like a Swiss army knife with many useful tools!

🔸 MetaTrace Mobile Game — our main product, where the company’s primary resources are currently being invested.

🔸 Trace Wallet — a gaming wallet for storing and managing tokens.

🔸 Trace Market — our own marketplace for buying and selling NFTs.

🔸 Two Tokens: $ACE and $TRC — currency for the in-game economy and various trading operations.

🔸 5 NFT Collections — collections that allow participation in various game modes.

🔸 Telegram Bot — a quick and convenient way to access your gaming account directly from the messenger.

🔸 Trace ID — a unified account that connects all ecosystem services and simplifies interaction with the platform.

For a crypto project, it’s crucial not only to develop a quality mobile game but also to build the necessary infrastructure around it. We have created an ecosystem where users can utilize a gaming wallet, trade NFTs on a marketplace, and manage all of this within a single system.

We took a non-standard and perhaps not the most obvious approach by initially focusing many resources on building the infrastructure rather than just the mobile game. But now, it’s clear that this has yielded positive results. Thanks to this, we can already offer players a comprehensive product that includes not only the game but also a full-fledged ecosystem with many features. This has laid a solid foundation for further growth and improvements.

Challenges and Solutions 🤔

In the recent AMA session, MetaTrace founder and CEO Bogdan Evtushenko discussed several challenges the company has faced recently and how they are being addressed. Here are the key points:

1️⃣ Complex product ecosystem:
A major phase of building the MetaTrace blockchain infrastructure has been completed. The game now has its own tokens, wallet, and marketplace. The ecosystem has grown to 9 segments and 40 subsystems. Now, the team’s full focus is on refining and improving the mobile game itself. The mobile game and its ecosystem are becoming a unique product in the market.

2️⃣ Financial resources:
MetaTrace successfully closed an investment round, allowing us to navigate recent operational challenges with stability. Our team continues to work steadily, moving forward with our current long-term strategy.

3️⃣ Talented team:
To successfully implement our long-term plans, we have significantly expanded the team. Over 10 new employees have been hired for mobile development, and the total number of developers and product specialists has increased to 30—double what it was a year ago. MetaTrace now has a new CTO, game designer, marketing director, and commercial director, all with extensive experience in GameDev, GameFi, and Web3.

4️⃣ New business processes:
The team has grown from 30 to 70 employees, requiring a rework and optimization of all business processes. These changes will allow MetaTrace to better utilize its resources.

5️⃣ Time and quality:
We are now focused on stable product development, prioritizing quality. Data shows that the number of bugs has decreased by almost four times compared to the initial release.

6️⃣ Token price:
Currently, the token price is below its peak levels. This is due to difficulties in finding a good market maker and the low utility of the tokens. We are taking steps to stabilize the price and are actively working on increasing token utility. Our strategy remains the same—the token price should depend on the popularity of the mobile game.

MetaTrace continues to evolve despite all challenges, and we are confident that our long-term strategy is the right one. It will lead us to new heights! 💪
