Spring outings on Lichun are a momentous occasion that brings us closer to the harmony of heaven, earth, and man. It’s a time when we step out into the world to feel the pulse of spring and connect deeply with nature. These outings are not just mere activities, but spiritual journeys that remind us of our intimate connection with the natural world, leaving us in awe of life. They offer us a chance to witness the incredible vitality of nature and deepen our understanding of the perfect balance between humans and the environment. With each outing, our souls are nourished and enlightened, leaving us with a renewed sense of purpose and wonder. 🌱
In order to further strengthen our connection with nature, we can perform the Qimen mobility. On 4th Feb, from 4:37 pm to 5:00 pm, we can take a walk or travel towards the west direction for 7 minutes or 70 steps in a garden, park, or any green space (shoe off if you can). If you are traveling by car, simply wind down the window.
