Chinese New Year spring cleaning holds profound significance. It’s not just about tidying up; it’s a symbolic gesture of bidding farewell to the old and making way for new beginnings. Sweeping away the past year’s dust and clutter signifies removing negativity and inviting positive energy. It’s a cultural ritual that embraces renewal, setting the stage for prosperity, luck, and happiness in the coming year.

On 27th Jan 2024, marks the last SUPER AUSPICIOUS day to carry out spring cleaning. I’ve summarized the “can’t be missed” focus points from the Fengshui perspective. Happy cleaning, guys! 🌟

P.S.: Apologies for being MIA for the past few weeks; I’ve been using the time to declutter myself 😊. I’m back now, stronger, and possibly smarter! 💪🧠😎

Looking forward to the year 2024, the festival of 立春 Lichun will mark the beginning of a new year in Chinese traditional culture, specifically the 甲辰 Jia Chen year. 🌸 It will be an exciting time to witness the revered ancient custom of 踏青 Spring outings, which will be a perfect opportunity for people to enjoy the rejuvenating spring season and connect with nature. 🌿

Spring outings on Lichun are a momentous occasion that brings us closer to the harmony of heaven, earth, and man. It’s a time when we step out into the world to feel the pulse of spring and connect deeply with nature. These outings are not just mere activities, but spiritual journeys that remind us of our intimate connection with the natural world, leaving us in awe of life. They offer us a chance to witness the incredible vitality of nature and deepen our understanding of the perfect balance between humans and the environment. With each outing, our souls are nourished and enlightened, leaving us with a renewed sense of purpose and wonder. 🌱

In order to further strengthen our connection with nature, we can perform the Qimen mobility. On 4th Feb, from 4:37 pm to 5:00 pm, we can take a walk or travel towards the west direction for 7 minutes or 70 steps in a garden, park, or any green space (shoe off if you can). If you are traveling by car, simply wind down the window. By aligning ourselves with the principles of Qimen mobility during our spring outing, we can enhance our connection with nature and supercharge our energies with the natural flow of the universe. 🌟

P/s: for those who can’t make it, you can back-facing West, make wishes, or engage in light meditation to borrow the energy of the “Green Dragons Assembly” to hasten your realization. 🐉

Did you know that LiChun marks an auspicious occasion? 🌟 And there’s an ancient custom of withdrawing money on this special day? It’s a secret shared by one of the masters—instead of keeping your wealth coldly stored in the bank, it’s better to keep it at home and let wealth continuously flow into your life. 💰

Withdrawal of money isn’t just a simple act; it’s a way of showing your reverence for wealth and confidence in the future. According to traditional beliefs, RECEIVING MONEY on LiChun can attract wealth and make your financial fortune even more prosperous. 💰📈After all, the circulation of money represents the growth of wealth, and keeping money at home helps accumulate wealth energy and consolidate financial fortune.

Why not take advantage of this special day to improve your wealth relationship, while also setting expectations for your future? Let abundance flow and good luck continue! 🌱 ❤️

Did you know there are “3 DON’Ts🚫”on the day of Li Chun

Firstly, people refrain from lying flat or being lazy in bed and instead rise early to welcome the arrival of the new spring/new year. This symbolises embracing new beginnings and a lively attitude towards life.

Secondly, Avoid Haircuts. It is believed that cutting hair on Li Chun will "cut off good luck." As the first spring symbolizes new growth, people refrain from cutting their hair on this day to avoid reducing their good fortune.

Lastly, and most importantly, people avoid cursing. On this day, people aim to maintain a good mood and attitude, avoiding arguments or quarrels with others, especially family members. This ensures that the new year is filled with harmony and happiness.

These customs embody our blessings and hopes for the new year, reflecting our anticipation and pursuit of a better year to come ❤️.

If anyone is practising the tradition of sending off the God of Poverty today and isn’t sure how the deity looks, here’s an example for you to follow...

After sending off the God of Poverty, treat yourself to a refreshing shower; a flower bath is a bonus.

Take this opportunity to rejuvenate and cleanse yourself physically and spiritually by also decluttering and discarding old belongings like torn shoes and clothes.

Here’s to bidding farewell to the God of Poverty and embracing abundance with a renewed sense of self-care and positivity!🧧❤️🧧

Did you know that the 7th day of the first lunar month is celebrated as "人日Renri Festival"?

It's the birthday of humanity according to the legend. It is believed that on this day, Nuwa, the mother goddess created humans.

In this festival, people eat noodles and toss raw fish salad called "劳生". Eating noodles is a symbol of longevity and health, while tossing raw fish salad is done with auspicious phrases to bring good fortune in the coming year.

In olden days, people also climbed mountains and wrote poetry to express their thoughts and blessings for distant relatives.

Happy Birthday Everyone! 🎂🎉❤️
