My Hope for HIV on World AIDS Day: One Step at a Time
I hope that everyone affected by what is called HIV and AIDS can cultivate the power within themselves - to get to know your power of self, your own knowing and to own the power of your body.
For me HIV is a reminder to stay present, stay in the question and never come to conclusion about anything. Grateful for the gift of living
My journey started March 10 2010 during a random check up - and is changed my life forever.
So far, it’s been a wonderful tool for empowerment, as I also choose to see it that way - and it’s not always been like that. I could only start seeing it like that by releasing the judgment around it and adding more consciousness to it.
It’s been a challenging deep dive which is getting more powerful with the day.
HIV reality is a thick beast which is not supposed to be changed or challenged. Be aware of your own thoughts around it - or any dis-ease
