美光研发出 32Gbit 的 FeRAM 芯片
美光 在 2023年12月的国际电子元件会议（IEDM）上非正式发表了一篇论文，表示已研发大容量 FeRAM 存储晶体。
该论文尚未公开发表。论文摘要称，美光的FeRAM芯片具有 2 层堆栈，类似于第 1 代 Optane 产品。数据可保留 10 年以上。
32Gb 的FeRAM芯片比富士通和SK海力士的8Mb产品、英飞凌的16MB、以及东芝的128Mb产品要大得多，不过仍然只有第1代 Optane 128Gb 的四分之一。
