1. Cessation of aggression.
2. Continued Iranian control over the Strait of Hormuz.
3. Acceptance of uranium enrichment.
4. Removal of primary sanctions.
5. Removal of all secondary sanctions (sanctions on non-Iranian entities that trade with Iran).
6. Cancellation of all UN Security Council resolutions against Iran.
7. Cancellation of all Board of Governors resolutions of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) against Iran.
8. Payment of compensation to Iran.
9. Withdrawal of all American forces from the region.
10. Cessation of war on all fronts, including against the "brave Islamic resistance in Lebanon."

The biggest beneficiary of this war has been Syria. It has taken complete control over eastern Syria, with the U.S. withdrawing from all its bases except one (Qasrak).

Iraq, due to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, has begun, and will continue, to export oil via Syria’s land routes in large volumes until the Iraq–Syria pipeline is rehabilitated.

As a result, Syria has become more regionally important as a transit hub for energy supplies, as well as other types of cargo moving through its Mediterranean ports.
