One of them is accused of participating in a Lashkar-e-Taiba training camp in 2000, helping jihadists gain entry into these camps, and being involved in terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir. Their names are Ismail Royer, also known as Randall Royer, and Sheikh Hamza Yusuf.
Royer plead guilty in 2004 to aiding and abetting the use of firearms and explosives, receiving a 20-year sentence and serving 13 years.
