❗Pahalgam SHO, 5 others transferred days after terror attack

Pahalgam SHO Reyaz Ahmad and five others have been transferred to Anantnag. All the policemen transferred are of Inspector rank.

The names of policemen other than Reyaz are Abdul Rashid, Nisar Ahmad, Peer Gulzar Ahmad, Salinder Singh and Parvaiz Ahmad. This comes after 26 people were killed in a terror attack which took place in the region on April 22.
