A government school in Uttarakhand's Nainital recorded a zero pass percentage in Class 10 state board examination, as the lone student in Class 10 failed in all subjects.

The school has become the only school in Uttarakhand to record zero pass percentage. Nainital Chief Education Officer Govind Jaiswal said the matter will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken.

The shocking incident surfaced from Jharkhand's Sahibganj, where a shopkeeper was shot dead by an unknown assailant. The incident was recorded on CCTV installed in the shop.
