Pro-Khalistan separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu has called on the Sikh soldiers in the Indian army not to fight for the country if India goes to war with Pakistan.

Delhi High Court has issued notices to the government's chief secretary and Delhi Police after a plea alleged failure on their part in formulating a comprehensive mechanism to combat emergent situations like bomb threats in schools.

Calling it a serious issue, the court said it required the urgent attention of authorities, especially when repeated hoax calls had become very common.
