The Delhi High Court has reprimanded Ramdev, proprietor of Patanjali, for his controversial remarks against Hamdard's Rooh Afza, labeling it "Sharbat Jihad."

The court deemed his statements indefensible and 'SHOCKING'.

Hamdard's counsel argued Ramdev's remarks promoted 'communal division' and constituted hate speech by attacking Hamdard based on religion.
