A multi-agency team comprising investigators from two intelligence agencies, besides the National Investigation Agency and a team of psychologists specialising in criminology, will begin the interrogation of Tahawwur Rana, one of the masterminds of the 2008 Mumbai attack, after he lands in Delhi.
