UP: In Meerut, a Muslim Cleric alleges,

"A Hindu leader Sachin Sirohi along with his party workers recited Hanuman Chalisa outside the mosque located at Cantt Railway Station. They protested against it saying that the mosque was built on government land."

The mosque's Mutawalli alleges-

"These people entered the mosque shouting provocative slogans. They demolished the toilet. They tried to throw away religious texts. They threatened to demolish the mosque. They stopped people from offering namaaz. They raised slogans of Jai Shri Ram."
