But on the other side, Tushar Mehta, representing the govt and Justice SuryaKant both were of the view that... They will not discriminate against Rohingyas when it comes to providing Education to them.

It's high time that the Govt builds up the mechanism to deport the Rohingyas.

Or Govt will be duty bound by the court to provide them Education and Health facilities including Rations Scheme from the Tax payers money.
