The case was registered against AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal and unidentified members of his party on Tuesday (February 4, 2025) on charges of insulting religious beliefs, promoting hatred between groups, and spreading false information, among others, over his claim regarding the “poisoning” of the Yamuna river water by the Haryana government.

A 52-year-old Muslim man from Turkey is said to have gained unauthorized access to a horse stable in the Bavarian town of Oberneufnach and raped several animals.
