Retired Judge Justice RF Nariman expressed his disagreement with the 2019 Supreme Court's decisions related to the Ram Janmabhoomi - Babri Mosque dispute and said that justice was not given in these decisions under the PRINCIPLE of SECULARISM.

Justice Nariman pointed out the contradictions in the Court’s reasoning, particularly its assertion that Muslims were not in exclusive possession of the site, even though historical evidence confirmed they had been praying there until 1949
