In a tragic loss, the 2023 batch IPS probationary officer Harsh Bardhan lost his life in a road accident near Hassan in Karnataka while going on his first posting.
A native of Dosar village in Madhya Pradeshβs Singrauli district, Harsh Bardhan had recently completed his four-week training at the Karnataka Police Academy (KPA) in Mysuru and was en-route to take up his first posting as the ASP, Hassan district as a probationary officer.
While on the way to the city, the vehicle got struck by an accident. The driver suffered minor injuries but Harsh Bardhan succumbed to severe head injuries.
