The Mumbai Police have been rigorously monitoring and investigating the death case of Baba Siddique.

A week after the incident, Mumbai Police revealed that the shooters used ‘Snapchat’ as a medium to exchange photographs and information.

In one of the shooters’ phone, a photo of Baba’s son, Zeeshan Siddique was also found.

They reportedly exchanged information through this platform, later deleted it.

In the investigation so far, it was revealed that the shooters took advantage of Dussehra, when Baba was bursting crackers outside Zeeshan’s office.

Using the firecrackers as ‘cover’, the shooters shot four bullets at Baba.

Police so far, arrested nine men in this case. This includes two of the three men, involved in shooting. Others were arrested for providing logistical support and assistance in the case.
