Accused of shouting ‘Pak Zindabad', man gets bail on one condition: Salute Tricolour 21 times twice a month, while raising ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ slogan

The accused, Faizan, was arrested by the police in Bhopal following an FIR registered on May 17 this year, and had been in detention since.

The order stated,

"During visit to the police station, the accused “shall salute the national flag unfurled on the building of the police station 21 times, raising the slogan ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’. The aforesaid condition has to be necessarily incorporated in bail papers,” the court said. The bail bond was set at Rs 50,000."
