Madhya Pradesh Govt razed the alleged home of Muslim women Barkat Bai on Sept 24 declaring it as an "encroachment."
Family alleged that Municipality demolished the home when Barkat Bai was away seeking treatment for her illness at a nearby district.
Her son-in-law, Mohammad Rais alleged that the home was razed without notice.
"She urged me to look after the home before leaving," he said.
Locals gave complaint to Collecter-
"To force her to leave the home, Municipal officials dug up Naala outside her house restricting her movement. When she went to the nearby district for the treatment, they silently removed it. When locals questioned the demolition drive and sought its papers, officials misbehaved with them," complaint reads
