"India is pleased to announce a new initiative to award fifty Quad scholarships, worth USD500,000, to students from the Indo-Pacific to pursue a four-year undergraduate engineering program at a Government of India-funded technical institution..", the declaration said.

MEA is already providing 14 lakh INR scholarship for foreign students under ICCR scheme that includes Bangladeshi students too.

I personally know a foreign national in Kurukshetra University who is getting 25K INR per month from our Government..
