On September 1, 2024, President Droupadi Murmu unveiled the new flag and insignia of the Supreme Court of India in celebration of its 75th anniversary.

Designed by the National Institute of Fashion Technology in New Delhi, the new flag and insignia represent the ideals of Justice and Democracy. The flag prominently features the Ashok Chakra, the iconic Supreme Court building, and the Book of the Constitution.

The unveiling took place during the valedictory ceremony of the National Conference of District Judiciary, with Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud also in attendance.
