The Ministry of Interior has announced that Hussainis must adhere to specific guidelines, including the exclusive display of the State of Kuwait flag.

Only one banner without slogans is permitted on the Hussainiya. The erection of tents or kiosks outside the Hussainiya walls is strictly prohibited and will be promptly dismantled if found.

Additionally, holding marches is forbidden and HARAM.
